Cropping a Square Thumbnail in Fireworks
March 21st, 2009You may notice that the crop tool in Fireworks (at least MX 2004) doesn’t allow you to select a perfect square area (by holding shift down while drawing the square. A way to get around this is use the Square Select tool (the dotted square) and hold shift down to make a square. Now simply select the Crop tool and you will have a perfect square crop area.

I enjoyed this post and also wanted to point out that i truly such as the design and really feel of one’s site. I am using wordpress as well on my weblog but happen to be looking for a template like this that is much much better than what I have. I see the theme is listed about the footer so I’ll carry a much better appear at it.
